ℹExtremely hardy, tall shrub tolerates poor, dry and alkaline soils. Does not tolerate wet sites. Yellow pea-like blooms in early summer, green leaflets and olive green glossy stems. Mainly used in hedges and windbreaks. Branches freely when pruned heavily after flowering.
