Attracts Birds, Pollinators

ℹ Low-growing shrub that is perfect for the home landscape or equally perfect grown in containers. In spring a stunning display of bell shaped white blooms blanket the bush which attracts lots of pollinators. This abundant amount of blooms develop into a heavy crop of mouth watering, large dark blue blueberries. These firm berries are sweet and juicy with a wild blueberry taste if you don't eat them all fresh they are superior for processing - freeze them, bake them or cook down to a delightful spread. You will love that you can continually pick fresh blueberries daily from your plants as soon as the berries start to ripen in July - August. The glossy green leaves puts on a spectacular show turning a fiery red in the fall. Self pollinating but will yield larger crops when cross pollinated with a different variety of blueberry like the Top Hat Blueberry. Prefers moist, peaty, acidic, well drained soil.
