ℹ Rosy Splendor Tinkerbell hydrangea from Star® Roses and Plants is a heavy flowering lacecap hybrid with fully double flowers. These flowers are produced in a full ring around smaller flowers, giving the entire blossom a stately look. Flowers are a vivid pink in most soil types but blues up nicely when grown in acidic soil conditions. Re-blooming throughout the summer until frost, blooms on old and new wood.
