Gala: Bright red stripe over yellow-orange apple, superb quality with it's a mildly sweet yet distinctive juicy crisp flesh. They're among the best for fresh eating, sauces, salads and ciders. Ripens late August to early September. Very good storing qualities.
Honeycrisp: Large, notably crisp, juicy, red or yellow apple. Excellent for fresh eating, cooking or juicing. Stores up to 6 months. Ripens late September.
Braeburn: Medium size, golden red apple. The taste is tarter than it is sweet and perfectly crisp. Marvelous fresh eating, in salads and baking apple. Stores up to 3-4 months. Ripens in mid to late October.
Red McIntosh: Medium to large, bright red with a white tender flesh. Generally sweet tasting but with refreshing tart flavor. A true 'all-purpose' apple. Ripens in late September. Excellent storage qualities as long as 5 to 8 months.
Fuji: Large to very large yellowish apple with orange-red blush stripes. Sweet-tart flavour perfect for fresh eating, baking, salads roasting and stewing. Extremely good storage qualities as long as 9 months. Ripens mid to late October.
