Rhododendron' Gold Prinz Specialty Rhododenron

ℹ Commonly used for bonsai (Click here to view our Bonsai Beginners Guide). The rare and highly sought after Gold Prinz is the new royalty of the few true yellow Rhododendrons out there. Rose pink buds open to golden-yellow blooms which open wide to show off the impressive burgundy markings that adorn the upper petal. This variety has a thick, dark green foliage on a dwarf plant. Growth is wide but dense.  Prune to shape immediately after bloom is finished. Prune back branches to just above a leaf.
